The San Francisco AIDS Foundation's customer relationship management (CRM) primarily serves the organization's volunteer based programs department, automates expense reports, and runs the California AIDS Hotline. I enhanced the deployment system using CVS in a web-based front-end, helped my colleague fix various bugs, and enhanced its Internet-facing security with an Apache reverse-proxy and mod_rewrite.

SFAF CRM was implemented as Microsoft classic VBScript ASP pages, though it likely has evolved since I left the SFAF to get a software engineering degree at Carnegie Mellon University.
